Registered User Have rent prices finally bottomed out in Dubai? Registered User Online Content Editor - Cityscape Intelligence and Cityscape Connect IIR Middle East , Updated: Jun 15 2010

The Landmark Advisory has released its lease guide for June which reveals rent prices have dropped yet again across all areas in Dubai.

The rent ranges published by the leading real estate consultancy company, shows a studio in International City can now be leased for just 22,000 AED per annum.
And in the more prestigious Dubai Marina, a one-bed flat can be leased for as little as 50,000 AED per annum.
Residents looking to live on The Palm, can now find a one-bed flat for 75,000 AED a year.
Will prices continue to fall? Or have prices finally bottomed out?
I would be interested to know what people think.
The full report - which details rental prices across Dubai - can be seen on the link below.

I personally feel that rents will drop slightly more through summer but then they will stop because they will be within people's reach. They cant continue to drop!
Landlords will look at incentives to rent out their apartments. Perhaps low service charges? This should create some healthy competition.
