This privacy policy is designed to tell you what information is being collected about you, how personal information is being used, to whom personal information is being disclosed and how this personal information is stored and protected so that you can make an informed choice about using this site.
What Information Do We Collect?
We may collect the domain name, IP address and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our site, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit and information volunteered by the visitors, such as survey information, and/or site registrations.

Use of Cookies and other tracking technologies

Updating your details and closing your account
You can change your profile at any time by logging onto the website and from your user dashboard page (Home) you are able to edit your profile by selecting the “edit profile” link. Please be aware that you may receive communications for a transitional period whilst these changes are processed and we may for a time retain residual information about you in our backup and/or archival system. If at any stage you wish to retract a contribution posted in a discussion forum, then please contact us on editor@cityscapeconnect.com and we can manually remove.
You can close your account by emailing us at support@cityscapeconnect.com and informing us that you would like to terminate your account and be removed from the site. If you close your account we will remove your personal information from any publically accessible database so that this information can no longer be viewed by users. We will endeavour to remove your personal information as soon as practicable following your request to close your account, but this may take a few days to process. We may retain information provided by you if it is required for legitimate business purposes or if required by law or if we believe it may be required to prevent fraud or future abuse.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect and maintain the security of your information. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, as will be the case for most of the time that a user is browsing the web. Sale of the Business
In the event that the business is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser’s adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.
